Not much good wood at The Goodwood Festival of Speed but plenty of good, great and excellent metal, aluminum and carbon fiber.

Sunday was a soggy one but Monday at The Silverstone Museum and The Red Bull F1 Factory called for sunny skies and water tight ceilings. The cars don’t move that fast indoors but with no safety car, we breezed through the many historic attractions and Red Bull innovation.

Formula 1 ran the first ever race here at Silverstone in 1950. Amazing to be back at this historical track and seeing Grand Prix Tours guests looking like rock stars and living their best lives in the Red Bull Racing Energy Lounge!

The Clark Pavilion is named in honor of British Formula One driver Jim Clark, twice world championship winner and known for his versatile driving ability.

The Clark Pavilion is located just before the famous Molecomb Corner, a challenging point on the hill climb and an excellent vantage point for watching the action. Featuring a unique interior, its relaxed and stylish atmosphere offers an exclusive location from which to enjoy the Festival of Speed. The light and airy pavilion has floor to ceiling glass windows and provide views out to the exclusive garden (with seating) and the track.

The package includes:
- General admission
- A forward parking label
- Event program, race card and ear piece radio
- Tea, coffee and a light breakfast
- Lunch
- Traditional English afternoon tea
- Soft drinks, house wines, Goodwood lager and ale
- Champagne reception

Even one of the world’s best had to walk home from work. The Canadian GP drama never disappoints and this year was no exception. While Norris’ collision robed our group of a few Sunday laps, the race weekend was free of the customary rain with absolutely zero waiting in line. The new venue organizers nailed the entry and exiting of the island. Another great weekend unless you’re you know who.

It’s a Ferrari weekend for sure!!! While the prancing horses regain the lead in The 24 Hours of Le Mans, Hamilton starting 5th on the Canadian GP grid with LeClerc slotted 8th will pose a challenge to even podium.
