Newton For The Holidays is a committee of holiday-loving individuals who want to promote all the wonderful activities that take place in Newton from Thanksgiving to New Year's Day. Committee members are donating their time to help share

information on events and do the best we can to ensure the information is accurate as possible. Volunteers who wanted to help promote the community and all its great activities. Current committee members represent Friends of Newton Parks, Greater Newton Area Chamber of Commerce, Destination Downtown Newton Alliance, Dollars for Scholars, Newton Main Street, Newton Community Theatre, Jasper County Historical Society, Capitol II Theatre, Park Centre - A WesleyLife Community, DMACC Newton Campus and St. Nick's Christmas Club. How can I help? Share our posts. Pick up a pamphlet. Share with family, friends and colleagues. Attend events. Spread the word alongside us. Why is my event not in the pamphlet or on facebook? The group did the best they could to check with organizations who had long-standing events in the community and search facebook for information. If your event isn't on the list please contact us so we can help promote online. How can I submit an event? If your business, church or organization has an event open to the public that you would like to share please send us a message through facebook.
