Good friends Guy Wilson & David Watson had fun landing 17 fish, we just couldn't get the big ones we were looking for. Fishing after the full moon lunar eclipse might have made things a little tougher. Thanks guys, enjoyed meeting and sharing stories with you. Safe journeys, 8/28/26

The bite has been awesome for numbers the last two days, 71 fish yesterday and today James and Javier had 66. A lot of one to two pounders but some good ones were in the mix. Javier caught his personal best. You can tell by the smiles, these best friends had a great time for their morning trip. Fish were caught using four different baits and three different techniques. Robbie & Jim had non stop action for about 4 hours this morning. They landed 71 fish and missed several more. They had numerous doubles, we found a school and it was non stop. These guys have fished with me somewhere around 13 years. They will be out in their own boat for the rest of the week. Thanks guys, it was fun, you worked me hard but that's the way I like it. Ben had a good time getting out early on the lake and catching several fish before it got to hot. Ben is celebrating his Birthday and brought the family for some vacation time to enjoy our lake. Thanks Ben, it was good to see and fish with you again. 8/5/26

Matthew brought his eight yr old son Jackson to try their hand at catching bass. It was a new experience pretty much for both of them. They quickly caught on to a couple of different techniques and landed 36 bass for their efforts. It was a fun morning, young Jackson was a quick learner. Don Moura fished with his cousin Craig, they had non stop action for their morning trip. Don, (blue jacket) has fished with me now for around 20 years. He has put a lot of fish in the boat over that time including some really big ones. This could be our last trip, thanks Don for the years of friendship and business. 7/15/26

I fished with Dennis for two days, he absolutely whacked them, His two day total fish count was 128 caught. Most were in the 1lb to 2lb range, a few in the three pound range and a few more four to seven pound range. It was a fun two days with a lot of action, it doesn't always happen that way. Thanks Dennis, was good to see and fish with you again. 7/9. 7/10/26

Dennis has fished with me many times, today he had a lot of action, fished six hours, caught sixty fish. Most were in the 1lb up to the 3lb range. He is holding his big fish of the day. We will hit it again tomorrow, have a nice evening Dennis. 7/9/26

Considering there was 480 fisherman in Saturday & Sundays tournament pounding the lake and the fish, not to mention their pre fish days, throw in the fact That Chad & his son Patrick were pretty new to bass fishing, along with the Full Moon, I went out expecting to possibly not get bit. I was happy that Chad & Patrick actually did quite well catching 20 fish with Chad landing a big one that was his personal best by far. Thanks guys, I enjoyed watching you learn the techniques and putting them to work catching fish. 6/29/26
