It was a Very windy morning in the South Arms of the lake today. John & Tony still managed to catch a lot of fish with some nice ones in the mix. Thanks guys, was good to see and fish with you again. 6/13/25

Cody Sears & his sons Connor on the Left and Cade on the right have fished with me for years. They had a lot of action today, got out early and enjoyed the lake before it got to hot. This was day one of their two day trip. Thanks guys, see you in the morning. 6/7/25

Kurt landed 25 fish for his efforts, his biggest went 10 lbs, BUT it was a catfish. It was all small fish today, we covered a lot of water trying different baits, just couldn't get the bigger bite. It was still a fun day out on the lake. Thanks Kurt, enjoyed it, God Bless, 6/3/25

Got out early this morning fishing solo & enjoying our beautiful lake. I tried top water for about two hours with no luck, picked up a tiny drop shot worm and caught this spawned out five lber. Bite was tough overall for me but love the challenge. 5/30/25

This was the Black Bear Diner group hosted by Affinity sales. This event started 20 years ago. This was our 18th annual, we missed two years due to Covid. We used eight guides, myself, John Pearl, Ed Legan, Ross England, Brandon Sapp, Troy Bella, Carl Keller & Jeremy Taylor to fish 17 people, it was a two day event. The weather was beautiful, fishing was slow but I believe everyone caught bass. I had to show this ""40""pound monster carp that my customer foul hooked, took 15 minutes to land on 10 pound test light action rod. (we were fishing for bass) A great group of people, fun times, Thank You to the Black Bear group & Affinity sales. 5/21, 5/22/25

Barrett & Laureen Had a fun morning trip catching several nice bass and enjoying our beautiful lake and wild life. They will be doing an E bike trek around the lake and spending a few nights and days enjoying Lake County. Thanks you two, really enjoyed meeting and fishing with you. 5/19/25

Bob Selsor has fished with me for many years. He had a good morning catching several fish in the first hour and a half with the best five going right at 29 pounds then the bite got tougher. He had 18 fish for his trip with several smaller ones. Thanks Bob, enjoy your class reunion. 5/6/25
