Greetings Fellow Biker Friends,
I am contacting you about this coming Saturday, January 18th. As most of you already know that we planned at our November meeting to have our Christmas get together in January instead of December with everyone being so busy during the month of December.
With this next weekend coming upon us so quickly, we need to know if you will be joining us that day for our January Meeting. We have moved our meeting up a week to the 18th and we won't be meeting on the January 25th for our regular scheduled meeting time at the Kuckery. We also haven't planned a ride for this month, since we don't think there will be time to fit it in this Saturday.
We have decided that we will not be exchanging gifts that day. It is going to be just a time of getting to know each other and spending some time together.
We are planning on having Hamburgers & Hot Dogs. Reggie and I will furnish the meat and drinks, everyone else who is coming is to bring a dish to pass that will go along with the Hamburgers & Hot Dogs. If you are planning on coming could you please drop me an e-mail or call me @ (803) 531-1303 and let us know what you are planning to bring, so we don't have everyone bringing the same items. I also need to know how many are coming from each family, so I know how much meat to buy.
****It is very important that our members come that day. We will be holding a short meeting, because we have to have our members sign the new 2014 Charter and fill out a new 2014 Motorcycle Waiver and Release Form.
If you are interested in becoming a member of Star Chapter 516, please come that day with your family and join us for some FUN, FOOD and FELLOWSHIP. By the way if you know of anyone else that may be interested in joining our Chapter, please invite them to come on that day also.
