We are leaving Pendleton Bend campground, headed home for the summer!

All good things... (come to an end). Our trip concluded with a hike on a trail, followed by a bike ride to Ocean Springs, where we enjoyed exploring the town and walking on its beach. In the afternoon, we headed to Biloxi and relaxed on its beach.
We leave in the morning to spend one night near Dumas, AR. Pendleton Bend campground. Then home on the 15th. It was a great 4.5 months in the south!

Enjoyed a pleasant bicycle ride to Biloxi, took a leisurely walk along the beach, and returned to camp for relaxation.

As our time at Fort Pickens and in Florida comes to a close, we reflect on a wonderful 2025/2026 experience.

We were blessed with two unexpected days of the Blue Angels practicing!
Yesterday, we went to lunch with Joes friend from the oil field days and his wife (Randy and Shannon). We hope to meet them annually, when we are near Alabama.
