Finally got out today after all of this rain and wind we’ve had! Got my new Garmin trolling engine put on last night and went out today to get it all calibrated and aligned, etc. at least that was my main mission but you know we had East wind so I had to catch a few fish 😊 Scout and I needed some fish for dinner. Found some Quality mangrove snapper not too far out. Let me know if anyone wants to do some fishing fairly close to shore. The bite’s been great.… When we can get out. Got a 30 inch Cobia today but they have to be 36 inches to the fork so maybe the next one will keep.

I love watching this guy clean fish and also enjoyed some gag grouper collars this season! Delicious!

Having so much fun trolling for gags. Went out about a couple of hours yesterday. Got sprinkled on for the first bit, but it was worth it. 28 3/4”! Oh…. And a grilled the collar… Check it out in the comments.
