Hey all, I want to thank all who came and fished with me on the We 7 that I ran for Harrison Fishing Charters. It’s been a few years since then and I wish you all the best.

As far as I know Harrisons is no longer offering charters. There are several other places to go in Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk and Virginia Beach.

Captain Mike is on to other adventures!

No, didn't get to go to the Fisherman's Rally in DC. Last time I went was in 2010 and it was inspiring to see congressmen, congresswomen and senators, both Democrat and Republican get up in front of the crowd and show their support for updating the Magnuson Stevens Act. Maybe next year.

Great weekend fishing. Had full boats on Saturday and Sunday and we found schools of large spot. Charlie and I were running from front to back for 3-4 hours helping people to land fish. Too many double hookups to count with all on board exhausted by the end of the trip.
