Had a great day on the water with Josh from Dogfish Boats to test out the EP Carry with their 8' rigid dinghy!

The Dogfish dinghy is great for folks who want the stability of an inflatable with the durability of a rigid hull. But it can be challenging to find a good motor for a small, lightweight boat like this. The Dogfish is only about 100 lbs, so you don't want too much weight on the transom, and the portability of an electric motor is ideal. EP Carry's 20-lb package (both motor and battery) fit the bill, so we thought we'd put the pairing to the test in the real world.

They worked so well together, we're teaming up at the Anacortes Boat & Yacht Show this weekend May 14-16th! Look for EP Carry and Dogfish Boats in the tent at the boatshow, and ask for a ride in our demo boat so you can try it for yourself.
