Holder House and Annabelle Retreat The Holder House Scrapbooking Retreat A retreat home to host scrapbooking parties, showers, birthday parties,family gatherings and much more.

I do not live in the home and I rent to one group at a time. If you would like to book the home for the week or week end feel free to call any time. The Holder House is located in North Branch Michigan. We are in the Heart of the thumb. The house is on a quiet street just off the main road. We are close to 3 Scrapbook stores, one is with in walking distance. We provide internet for the digital scr

aper. If you like to Quilt you can also visit Quilt shops near by. You do not have to be a crafter to stay in the home. If you would prefer to Shop or sight see we are a short drive from Frankenmuth and the Birch Run outlet mall as well as many other malls. Golf is available at many local golf courses and we are not far from the Lakes.

June, July and Aug have special rates. 75.00 per person with a 400.00 minimum for 4 days 3 nights. We are close to the golf course for those friends who want to do more than stay inside. we also have Air conditioning in the craft room and 2 of the bed rooms. The house stays quite cool all summer. The ladies who stayed last year are coming back this summer.
