Let's talk about the best way to see Alaska!

Everyone talks about an Alaskan Cruise. And yes, you should totally take an Alaskan cruise so you can see the glaciers. But Alaska is a very large state, and cruises see only a very small part of Alaska.

THE best way to see Alaska is a CruiseTour! This is where you take a tour before or after your cruise, and you typically visit Anchorage, Denali, Fairbanks, and more depending on how much time you have. If you take a CruiseTour, it is usually a one-way cruise from Seattle or Vancouver to Whittier, AK (or vice versa).

In my opinion, there are cruise lines that are better for Alaska. Although why some are better than others could depend on who is going. Thanks for your patience while I’ve been visiting family. I know I haven’t posted as much on here, but I’ve still been working on the back end on current trips and quoting new trips in between spending time at the South Dakota Fair and with family.

My grandpa lives across the street from the fairgrounds so we head over every morning to check out what’s new. While we were back in SD we also met up with longtime family friends.

Mom and I also decided to donate blood at the fair and needless to say, my arm didn’t love the idea. I now look like a 🧟‍♀️

Today my mom and I are driving back down to Kansas to spend more time with my new nephew!

I’ll be back in NC on the 12th and back in the office on the 14th so we can get back to our regularly scheduled broadcast 😎
