Crowded teeth can affect more than appearance.

They can create tight spaces where plaque builds up, make flossing harder, and sometimes affect how your bite feels.

Invisalign may help guide crowded teeth into better alignment, making your smile easier to clean and easier to feel confident about.

If crowding has been bothering you, visit www.whitemountaindental.com or call (603) 356-6505 to ask about clear aligners.

Flossing may feel a little awkward if you are getting back into the habit, but your gums should not stay puffy, swollen, or irritated.

Puffy gums can be a sign of plaque buildup or early gum inflammation. The sooner it is addressed, the easier it may be to protect the support around your teeth.

If your gums have been bleeding, swelling, or feeling tender, visit www.whitemountaindental.com or call us at (603) 356-6505.

Bad breath is not always coming from your teeth.

Your tongue can hold onto bacteria, food particles, and buildup that may contribute to unwanted breath, even if you brush regularly.

A cleaner tongue can make your whole mouth feel fresher.

If bad breath keeps coming back, visit www.whitemountaindental.com or call (603) 356-6505 to schedule a visit.

Tooth pain can be sneaky.

It may hurt, disappear, and then come back when you least expect it. But pain that comes and goes can still point to a cavity, crack, infection, gum issue, or bite problem.

If a tooth keeps reminding you it is there, it may be time to stop waiting it out.

Before it turns into a bigger problem, visit www.whitemountaindental.com or call us at (603) 356-6505.
