I Was Afraid Someone Was Going to Get Hurt....

One of the projects we recently completed at Serenity wasn't glamorous, but it was important.

The concrete under the house, including near the pool and shower, was always extremely slick. When it got wet, it was super slippery.

Knowing that families and especially kids would be running back and forth from the pool, I felt it was a real safety concern.

We recently hired Elite Coatings to professionally treat and scuff the concrete surfaces, creating much better traction without changing the look of the property.

The difference is incredible. The concrete still looks great, but now you can walk around the pool area with confidence, even when it's wet.

Not every renovation project is about appearance. Sometimes it's about peace of mind. Knowing people can run, play, and enjoy the pool without us constantly worrying about slips and falls makes this upgrade worth every penny.

Just another step in making Serenity the perfect place for you to relax, make memories, and enjoy your beach vacation.

🌊 ATTENTION EVERYONE!! THE WAIT IS OVER...

FINALLY... the photos of Serenity are here. Also, July 4th-July 11th is available to book!

For those of you who booked a week based solely on our promise that the home would be ready, thank you. Your trust means more than you know.

This renovation has been about much more than paint, furniture, and finishing touches.

Serenity was my mom's dream. Bringing her home back to life after her passing has been one of the most emotional projects I've ever taken on. Every decision was made with the hope of creating a place where families and friends can gather, reconnect, and make memories of their own.

Today, seeing the finished product feels a little surreal.

I hope everyone who stays here feels the love, care, and attention that went into every room.

And I'd like to think Mom would be smiling, knowing that her dream will continue through the families who create traditions here for years to come.

Thank you for following along on this journey. We can't wait to welcome our first guests to Serenity. 💙
