Introducing Dr. Lucille O’Neal, author, philanthropist, mother of our Chief Fun Officer, Shaquille O’Neal, and now godmother to the totally transformed Carnival Radiance®, set to debut in December following a $200 million dry dock.

As godmother, Dr. O’Neal will preside over the invitation-only naming ceremony in Long Beach, CA prior to Carnival Radiance’s inaugural cruise on December 13. During the festivities, Lucille and Shaquille will cut the ribbon to officially open Big Chicken, the second seagoing restaurant created by CFO, Shaquille O’Neal.
