Beautiful home on the water of Sebago Lake in Sebago, Maine. House is brand new construction in 2014 with all the charm of a cabin on a flat lot, just steps away from the water. Perfect for multiple families vacationing together.

3 bedrooms, plus a loft, which has additional beds and its own 1/2 bath. 2 full baths on the main level. Master: King bed with en-suite- shower/tub, toilet, sink

We do not provide linens (sheets/ towels.) Blankets and pillows are provided. Has private dock with swimming right off the dock, boat launch, private dock on the lake, and additional mooring included. New in 2022 we are outfitting the kitchen with all new items, including coffee pots, toaster, toaster ovens, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and food storage containers. For outside fun regulation-size corn hole sets, new kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, including all the life vests that are necessary. Sebago Lake is over 46 sq miles of water; so clean that the city of Portland drinks it. Sebago Lake is famous for having the only naturally occurring Salmon. I’ve never seen a plane land this close to us before at Castle Horgan. Looked like it clipped the tops of the trees coming in.

Castle Horgan has had a major face lift this past year. The home is no longer green. And there is a garage where the driveway once was.

Perfect for multiple families vacationing together.

Security deposit $500 returned to you once our cleaning company comes in and inspects for damage, cleaning fee is $200
We rent on a first come first serve basis. When you request a contract, you have 7 days to return signed contract and deposit. We will not offer the dates to anyone else during that period. Dates will be marked pending during this time.

To reserve dates, we require a signed contract with deposit of ½ rent and the cleaning fee. The remaining half of rent and security deposit is due 30 days prior to the rental date.
