Lookout Way Lilac Cottage has been sold and is no longer for rent. We loved the house and had so many good times there, but now that sweet house will be cared for by a very nice family who will live there year round. Thank you all for your support. I will shut down the page when I figure out how to do it.

We just arrived for our fall vacation at Lookout Way. Everything looks beautiful and we are already settled into this place we love and enjoy so much. All summer we had nice tenants who enjoyed the house and their vacation on Mount Desert Island. Now it's our turn and we are very happy to be here!

We love this tree! Today is the day of the Mount Desert Marathon. The weather conditions are much milder and the colors of the autumn leaves are spectacular. It should be a beautiful day for the marathon!
