Weights being left out and other equipment not being put up is becoming excessive again, this is just one example.
Power House will be charging parents or personal accounts with video evidence.
Please use proper gym etiquette and return equipment to proper places. Also, hold your peers accountable in cleaning up, this works to the betterment of all of us sharing this space.

Check out our new addition, the Glute Ham Developer, or (GHD).

The GHD is an excellent machine for building strength, stability, and overall athletic performance. Here's why it stands out:

1. Targeted Muscle Development:

Primarily works the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back, which are essential for posture, running, and explosive movements.

Also engages the core, quads, and calves for stabilization and support.

$500 for a year membership single. (Normally $540)
$800 for year, family. (Normally $840)
$22.50/month FOR ALL FIRST RESPONDERS That includes nurses, clinical workers, firemen, law enforcement, & EMT’s! With 1 year contract.
$35/month for First Responder’s Family membership (covers anyone living in responder’s household) With 1 year contract.
$45/month with a one year contract for a Single membership
$70/month with a one year contract for a Family membership (covers anyone living in your household)
$65/month for Single membership with no contract
$85/month for family membership with no contract
