Cable machine is sitting in Shreveport and STILL has not been scheduled for delivery.

💨 FUN FACT FRIDAY 💨

Did you know… when you lose fat, most of it is actually exhaled? 😳

That’s right. Fat doesn’t just “turn into muscle” or magically disappear. When your body breaks down stored fat for energy, it’s converted into carbon dioxide and water.

👉 You breathe out the carbon dioxide
👉 You sweat, p*e, and lose the water naturally

So technically… every workout, walk, or movement session has you literally breathing out fat. 👏

Another reminder that movement matters — even the simple stuff. 🚶‍♂️🏋️‍♀️💨

Consistency > extremes. Every step counts.

Congratulations to our graduating seniors, Ryker Lynch and Gus Sanders (Salutatorian). 🎓💪

Glad to have both of you at Power House and to get to know y’all along the way.

Unsolicited advice: Get to school, go to the university gym, and be consistent. First, you’re already paying for it. Second, the gym reminds you that you can do hard things and handle it. Show up for yourself even on the days you don’t feel like it.

Proud of y’all and excited to see what’s next. You're just getting started.

Well, I couldn’t wait. This was too good of a deal to pass up.

Coming to Power House OG, hopefully in good condition (because y’all know how shipping has become), in the next 4 weeks… new pin-loaded, cable cross over with adjustable, swivel pulley system, and 200 lbs on each side. I am pumped (pun intended).

This one is for our great members—and a promise to keep building and growing.
