Power House Fitness - O.G. A small town gym with Big Time Motivation! Power House Fitness is a 6,000 square foot fitness center. Membership starts at just $29 per month.

We have 6,000 lbs of dumbbells, a large free weight area, 600 square feet of aerobic area, treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. Members enjoy 24/7 access, low monthly rates, and personal training. We emphasize a non judgmental environment and have great people here to help you! Gym tours are available Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:00. FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNTS! We want our members to succeed and strive to create an environment and culture that gives you the ability to do so.

This gentle giant of a man met this kid who admires the heck out of him and helped him at the gym today. And, he's done it a thousand times for many others.

And at Power House, this is the rule, not the exception because it's these types of guys, and the biggest guys, that will show up and support others. We can all learn from this type of humility; to be given the gift of strength, hard working, consistent, and still show up with kindness and gentleness.

Don't be mad if you see this, Brock! Just giving credit where credit is due, whether you like it or not. I know you're just being yourself.

One year ago this month, I officially became the owner of Power House. 🏋️‍♂️

If you would have told my teenage self that I’d come back to own the very gym that Mr. Ron, Dad, Mr. Jay, Uncle Kip, and Jessie Craft built into my life 30 years ago, I would have said you lost your mind. But here we are, and we are growing.

A huge piece of this transition belongs to Clark Strange. I want to thank Clark for being so cool, honest, and truly progressive. As his airplane mechanic business literally "took off," he saw the value in exactly what I could offer this gym and trusted me with its future.

I love this community and the revitalization we are building together. Seeing new and familiar faces, the discipline, the brotherhood, the sisterhood, and the constant encouragement inside these walls is exactly why we do this. I might have a smaller frame, but weightlifting has been a staple in my life since I was young. It’s not just something I believe in—it is backed by science to bring longevity, quality of life, and true well-being.

My hope is that Power House continues to grow and gives to others exactly what it gave to me for all of these years. Here’s to many more.

AC is fixed! One of them, anyway. It's much cooler.

I am working to get someone to fix the new ac at the gym. My estimintation is it went out Saturday.
Fans are going. Best time will be early morning or late evening to workout.
I will notify of repair as soon as I know something.
My apologies for this avoidable inconvenience as I have not had follow through from HVAC repair service providers in the past 6 weeks with the other units.

Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Today we're celebrating the freedoms that bring people from all walks of life together. Our gym is proud to be a place where everyone is welcome, works hard, supports one another, and grows stronger together.
