e are 2 levels to our home, which are connected by inner stairs by the front entry. Main Level: 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, dining area, 1 full bathroom with laundry, living area with sectional couch and chair. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Double bed
Main Bathroom - Toilet, double sink vanity, tub/shower, washer and dryer

Upper Level: 1 bedroom, 1/2 bathroom, loft living room with futon, LCD TV and Xbox. Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen beds
Upper Bathroom - Toilet, single sink vanity

Kitchen is equipped with basic spices and cooking oil, along with pots, pans, utensils, and several kitchen appliances. Full-size refrigerator provides plenty of room for your groceries and cold drinks. The corner coffee bar will help get your morning started right with a selection of complimentary tea and coffee. Main Living Room offers comfortable seating and a large LCD TV with cable channels and Roku to access your subscription services. An electric fireplace offers a choice of light and heat settings. Loft Living Room offers a fold-down futon with LCD TV, Xbox, and a stash of board games and puzzles. Exterior: Outdoor fire pit, Adirondack chairs (summer), outdoor BBQ
Enjoy the open space of the side yard while listening to the sound of waves crashing and birds flying overhead. This home is very functional for many different situations: comfortable for couples, families or a small group.
- Families with older children (pre/teen) love to have the upper loft as 'their area' while the adults claim the main level.
- For elderly guests or anyone that has trouble with stairs, the main level is perfect for them! They will only encounter 2 single steps to the front entry and no other stairs once inside providing they remain on the first floor. Guest access
