Happy New Year!! We’ve been blessed with lots of bookings for 2022 and as of today, we only have 2 weeks left for the summer! 😳

This includes the highly sought after July 4th week!! Don’t delay! We received 3 new reservations in the last 2 days so it seems as though everyone is vacation planning early! 🏃‍♀️

Today is the last day of Hurricane Season; hooray 👏🏻. It was 3rd most active on record with 21 storms; thankfully NC avoided a hit this year!

We have Aug 28- Sept 18 open! Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! This is the best time to be at the beach in my opinion!

Brain surgery is kicking Erica’s butt so we have to let go of our family blocked time at the house.

Fall is the best time to visit OKI in my opinion. Cooler temps, water is still warm and fewer crowds (not that OKI gets “crowded” really).

Message us if you want to snag one of these weeks left. October 23-28 is a partial week and discounted!

Only ONE week left in August! 3 bedroom/ 2 bath ocean front home! This is the perfect time to visit and most likely catch a sea turtle nest hatching!

You won’t have to travel far to see a sea turtle nest. We had a sea turtle visit our house yesterday. So exciting!!! 🐢 🥚
