OCEANFRONT VACATION HOME: Spend 5 minutes looking out over the sparkling Atlantic from the covered oceanfront porch and you'll know why "Out of Office" has been a popular spot for vacationers. 4 Bedrooms / 2 Baths: 3 Queens, 2 Doubles. 4 TV's (55 inch flat screen TV in living room and 39 inch flat screen TV in the loft) with extended cable, DVD player, stereo with CD and tape player, internet access, primary & secondary fridge with ice maker. Covered porch with rocking chairs, lounge chairs, horseshoes, corn hole, outside shower with hot and cold water, gas grill, and even a telescope for star gazing! "Out of Office" common areas underwent extensive renovations in early 2016 - expect all the comforts of home including a stocked kitchen with pots large enough to cook lobsters and huge dining area that can easily seat 10. Brand new gas grill. Beautiful beachfront views are the focal point of a dramatic open great room, spacious dining area, and a revitalized granite and stainless steel kitchen. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, there's plenty of space to create fond memories with family & friends. Living area floors and stairs are wood and laminate hardwood for ease of use. Both bathrooms also feature granite and have hair dryers. Ceiling fans throughout. Located on the quiet west end of Oak Island, search for shells, sharks' teeth, or build a sandcastle. The home has plenty of toys for "fun in the sun"... don't forget to wash sandy feet at the beach side stairs or catch a rinse in the outdoor shower! "Out of Office" is convenient to Middleton and the new bridge for day excursions to Myrtle Beach, Southport, and Wilmington. Not far from restaurants, shopping, and the Intercoastal Waterway. Owners will allow 1 dog under 50 lbs, call for additional approval. New owners are excited to share their home with you.
