​This beautiful second-row beach has been recently renovated and is ready for your enjoyment You feel right at home, but without stress of life. The home is thoughtfully decorated with your comfort and relaxation in mind. The calming colors throughout will remind you that you are on vacation to refreshed, renewed, and on beach time! Check out the ocean views and listen to the sounds of the waves from the expansive front deck.

Located in the heart of Oak Island (Long Beach), you are steps away from beach access and Middleton Park, which offers free concerts on Fridays, a Farmers & Artisans’ Market on Mondays, a playground and splash pad for the kids, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities.

Fully equipped with linens, a spacious, well-stocked kitchen, a Weber propane grill, beach supplies (beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, and sand toys), and family games for all. For the little ones, there is a Pack 'n Play, highchair, booster seats, and baby gate.

As a bonus, the new family/game room on the lower level provides plenty of space for everyone to relax and have indoor fun or enjoy activities on a rainy day.
