Beginning with sailings departing on September 5th, 2022, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruise Lines are welcoming all guests, regardless of vaccination status, on cruises departing from U.S. homeports – excluding itineraries visiting Canada and Bermuda, and also Transpacific sailings.

Please be aware that on May 3, 2023, the REAL ID Act, passed by Congress in 2005, will go into effect. The REAL ID Act require all states to adhere to minimum security standards in order to make all IDs more consistent and secure. Starting in May of 2023, everyone will need a REAL ID to access the following places:
Certain federal facilities
Airports: Boarding federally regulated commercial aircraft
You can check if you are REAL ID compliant by looking at your ID. If you see a gold or black star or a bear with a star on your ID, then you have the correct kind of license.
At this time, cruise lines are not requiring you to have a REAL ID, however, if you must fly at any point during your travels, you will need it. Please click on the link for more information.

As of August 8th, Royal Caribbean removed testing requirements for vaccinated guests on 5 nights or shorter sailings excluding Canada and Alaska.
At this time, Royal is committed to maintain a high percentage of vaccinated guests. All guests above the age of 12 are still required to be vaccinated.

Just in - the CDC’s COVID-19 program for cruising is no longer in effect. We’re excited to share this amazing news, but please keep in mind that individual cruise lines have not announced changes to their policies yet. Each cruise line will be evaluating when to lift requirements for pre-cruise testing, onboard masks, and vaccine requirements. We’ll keep you updated as these exciting changes are announced – let’s get cruising!

To the Aruba Travelers: As of July 8th, 2022, all travelers will no longer be required to purchase the Aruba Visitors Insurance. All travelers will still be required to complete Aruba’s Embarkation/Disembarkation Card before arrival, which is the country’s digitized customs and immigration process. We highly recommend each traveler to have travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage.
