We thought 72 degrees would be warm enough for a ride this weekend. Great to be out there, but the water temperature made it chilly. 5 Bald Eagles sighted in one ride.

Enjoyed time out on the water with family last weekend. My son, Matt, was here and brought his drone so we put together this quick video showing off our boat on the Potomac by Occoquan Bay. Passengers are often surprised at the speed and handling of our "pontoon" which is really a luxury performance tritoon made by Bennington Marine. It is spacious like a pontoon but planes off and handles much like a traditional speedboat. I can hit speeds into the 30's even with a full boat. Enjoy some time on the water late this summer or into the fall.

We had a great friend and photographer out on the boat recently for a short ride. Sharing some of the great photos. Thank you, Barbara Paulus! We are keeping the boat in the water into October as late summer and early fall are beautiful times to be out on the river.
