I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath Oceanside condo on 63rd St in Ocean City, MD. The building has an elevator, pool and 2 covered parking spots. The beach is not crowded and away from all of the high rise buildings. It is located a few blocks away from several restaurants and bars (Dead Freddie's, Fager's Island, Skye Bar, General's Kitchen, Bad Monkey, Longboard Cafe, Mione's Pizza and Annabelle's). 1 block away is a grocery store that also sells beer and wine with a liquor store 2 blocks away. Right now, there are still several weeks available during the summer. We also rent in the offseason.

The rental price for all weeks is $1900. We only charge the weekly rental rate, taxes and a cleaning fee. A fully refundable Security Depsit is required which is quickly returned if no damages. It is located within a few blocks of several restaurants and bars (Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli, Dead Freddie's, Fager's island, General's Kitchen and Annabelle's). 1 block away is a grocery store that sells beer and wine along with a liquor store 2 blocks away.
