Good morning and Happy Spring! We made it! That was a rough winter and I am so ready for the warmer days ahead!

At this point we are fully booked for the summer season, but I did want to share 2 unique availability options. These might be especially good for those of you who do not have school aged children or who want a mini get away before the new school year begins.

1.) A full early season week is available from Friday May 29 through Friday June 5.
2.) A mini/long weekend is available the end of August from Thursday August 27 through Sunday or Monday August 30/31.

It's January...who is counting down to SUMMER?!?!
Our home is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, meticulously cared for and direct waterfront on the bay with a deck, dock, and pier located in the Montego Bay community in north Ocean City.
We have many families who rebook with us year after year. It can very quickly become one of the most happy places you've ever been!
This is our summer 2026 remaining availability:
June 21-28
August 16-23
August 23-30*
*Please note, this week has the option to be split into 2 mini weeks (Aug 23-26 has interest by a family, which would leave Aug 26-30 as an option)
August 30-September 2 is also another option as a mini week.

Who is dreaming of SUMMER, sitting on a Bayfront deck, watching the sun set? We have just one week left this summer 2025 season. It's the week of August 10-17. $2500.
We are north Ocean City, Md tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Our home is meticulously cared for and is direct waterfront with a deck, dock, and pier and perfect sunset views each night. The neighborhood has 2 pools, tennis/pickleball courts, a duck pond, and sidewalks. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, free wifi, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen.

We have guests who have reserved Labor Day weekend and are looking to give it up if there are any interested takers for this weekend. Please reach out to me if you would like to hear rental details for this weekend. It is available starting Thursday afternoon through Monday, with a check out on Monday of anytime.

This is “kind of a big deal” (ha ha ha), but Labor Day weekend is available to rent this season 2024!!!
Our daughter will be starting her freshman year in college and will be playing field hockey. She has 2 games that weekend, so we will be going to watch her play, and, therefore, opening up Labor Day weekend.
*This is a 4 night minimum reservation.
You can choose any combination of 4 nights (or more) starting Thurs. Aug. 29 through Tues. Sept. 3.
This is always such a wonderful way to close out summer, the water temps are always perfect, the sunsets pristine, and the vibe so fun! ☀️⛱️

Hello! We hope you all had a wonderful summer! We do have limited fall availability...it's so great to be at the beach in the fall! The best weekend we have open is the weekend of Sept 22 because for many school district's that Monday, Sept 25 is a teacher inservice or closed for the Jewish holiday. We also have a few weekends in October as well. All fall weekends are 3 night minimum. Full weeks are available as well. Message me for details!
