Beach booking time is upon us again. If you're planning to spend your summer vacation in OC MD, then consider our condo. A direct ocean front 1br/1ba, in the middle of Ocean City's boardwalk, the location is pretty tough to beat. Besides having the beach and boardwalk right outside of the building, there are tons of dining, nightlife & activities for the whole family, most within a short walk.

We list on Airbnb & VRBO. But if you want to skip out on their $300 to $500 booking fee, the ONLY way to do that is to book directly thru us.

Since Maryland just went on NY/NJ/CT's 14-day quarantine list today, our guests from Connecticut have canceled next week's reservation. Sunday, 7/26 to Sunday, August 2nd is now available.

With Ocean City opening just in time for Memorial Day weekend, you deserve to spend it in our direct ocean front condo at 12th & the boardwalk.
