Compare and Save $$ - Many of our guests have found that our rentals are priced up to 20 - 50% LESS than similar properties booked via AirBnB, Booking.com, HomeAway, VRBO, Vacasa or CB Vacations!!!

PLEASE NOTE ** 22nd street, 32nd street BC and 72nd street are the ONLY pet friendly properties available - no more than 2 dogs less than 50lbs. ($150/week additional pet sanitization fee will apply) **

Each condo/townhome unit is 2br 2ba that can sleep 4-6 guests comfortably and includes a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room. For select dates we can rent multiple units in the same building to accommodate a larger group (i.e. 8, 10, 12 or 18+ guests). We also have a limited supply of 3/4br units that can accommodate 8-9 guests as noted above. Rates will vary based on property location, size and dates.
These prices are ALL INCLUSIVE with NO added tax, fees or Security Deposits! Please don't delay - First Come First Serve! The most in demand dates and larger size (3br & 4br) units tend to rent first!
The attached FLYER.PDF document has photos of our OC rental properties along with references of former guests whom you may call or email to inquire about their experience.
Each condo includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, bed linens and bath towels, washer/dryer in unit, indoor and/or outdoor pools, hot tubs and close proximity to the Ocean (less than 200 yard walk from all locations). There is NO additional fee for cleaning, linens, towels or paper products provided for guests during their stay!!
