Great annual meeting yesterday. Kudos to Dave for organizing the agenda, and Robin for managing the siding project with daily oversight. We are so fortunate to have these folks watching out for us! Many many thanks to Lee and Barbara for 32 years of service to our community!

Jon Nooney of ELITE Construction Services will install new windows before installing the new T 1-11 siding (or after siding is installed, if you wish, but it's probably best to change out for new now. Costly, tho. We are probably going with Anderson vinyl windows "silver line" and will purchase from Builders Supply Delaware (BSD) on Narrow Rd, Lewes, DE as They have good prices and We can Save on tax too. If you need new windows, u can email Jon and he will measure the openings for you and give you a quote. Reach him at [email protected]
