We know with the way the economy has been, and how expensive things are, we wanted to make this summer a special one for people. We are offering

1 week stay (7 nights) $1350 a week. This does not include cleaning service. Cleaning service and washing linen/towels is an additional $185 for a total of $1535 (with cleaning)

This is a direct booking. Airbnb and VRBO will be more money.

Rates this year are as follows:

Sunday -Thursday. $219 a night

Friday /saturday $238 per night.

$185 for cleaning/ linen service. If you elect to clean yourself your fee will be waived.

If you are a returning guest, unfortunately the pricing of our HOA went up, so your pricing will increase an additional $50 total from your last year price.

Oo yea, this year we will be renovating the back balcony!
