Morning 28469 Ocean Isle Property Owners Association when will the building stop??? A new residential development with about 250 single-family homes is proposed on 106 acres along Ocean Isle Beach Road in Brunswick County (ZIP code 28469, Ocean Isle Beach, NC). Local landowner Rube McMullan owns the site, and national builder Ryan Homes is attached to build the project.
