Counting down the weeks until these seniors are done with high school. 😭 spring break 26 was packed with fun - egg dyeing, beach sitting, prom-posals and so many memories. I sure will miss this sweet group next year.

Summer 2026 is booking up fast! Here is what we currently have open - Let me know if you are interested in a week - All prices include cleaning, linens, use of golf cart, ocean front pool access and more! Rental is Sunday to Sunday

May 31 - $7000 plus tax and refundable deposit
June 28 -$8500 plus tax and dep (JULY 4th WEEK!!)
July 26 - $8500 plus tax and dep
August 2 - $8500 plus tax and dep
August 9 - $8500 plus tax and dep

All other weeks are booked - we also do off season rentals for a 3 night minimum - OIB is fantastic in the off season as well.

10/10 recommend splitting the teens up into groups and sending them on a scavenger hunt all over the island! Moms day is always the best day!

Fall is one of our favorite times at the beach - we still have some open weekends - let me know if you are interested - willing to lower to 2 night min if that's all you can do - great for golf, girls weekends or family getaways!
