We have a last minute opening for the July 4th week. If you haven't made travel plans yet it's a great time to jump on this. July 4th is one of the best weeks at OIB

For our renters-

🌞Summer Sanitation Schedule begins this week!
⚫️Trash is picked up twice a week (Tuesday & Friday).
♻️Recycling is picked up once a week (Tuesday ONLY).
‼️Please place your trash in your polycart the night before the scheduled pickup day and take it the roadside. This is especially important to do on Thusday nights so that the trash can be emptied before the next renters arrive on Saturday. Thanks!

For our renters

Ocean Isle Beach allows wind-powered shade devices like Shibumi®, Solbello® and others. However, under our current beach ordinance, devices are limited to one (1) continuous pole and not more that two (2) additional anchor points.

Please be aware that the "Wind Assist" accessory that may have been sold with your wind-powered shade device should not be used on Ocean Isle Beach. These create additional tether lines and anchor points that do not comply with Town Ordinance.
