🍋 Grab a frozen lemonade or other icy treat from snack stands throughout the parks.
❄️ Take advantage of indoor attractions and shows during the hottest part of the day.
🧊 Bring a refillable water bottle and top it off whenever you can.
🌳 Look for shaded seating areas when it's time for a snack or break.
🏨 Consider a midday resort break to cool off by the pool before heading back to the parks in the evening.

Stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and don't forget that cooling off can be part of the fun!
