🎸 We are thrilled to announce that 27 registered eateries are now serving up Elvis-inspired specials as part of our Summer of ’56 celebration across the Mississippi Gulf Coast!

This summer marks 70 years since Elvis Presley spent unforgettable time right here on the Coast — performing, relaxing, fishing, dining, and making memories that became part of Mississippi music history. Now, local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and eateries are honoring that legacy with special Elvis-themed menu items, drinks, desserts, and experiences all summer long. 🍔🎶🥤

From Biloxi to Ocean Springs, Gulfport, D’Iberville, Pass Christian, and beyond — visitors and locals alike can enjoy these fun themed offerings while exploring the places connected to Elvis’s legendary summer on the Coast.

🎸🕺🏻 An Elvis Food Tour is coming to Ocean Springs — for a limited time!

Savor the Coast is proud to partner with Mississippi Gulf Coast National Heritage Area and Summer of ‘56: Elvis on the Coast to bring you an Elvis-inspired food tour, only available this Summer.

We’re excited to announce a special limited time “Summer of ’56” Elvis inspired food tour coming to Downtown Ocean Springs this summer with Savor the Coast Food Tours! 🎸🍔🥤

This unique experience will combine Elvis themed food and drinks with stories from Elvis Presley’s legendary summers on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 1955 and 1956. Along the way, guests will hear stories from across the Coast about the places Elvis performed, the people he met, and the memories that still live on today.

A select group of our official Summer of ’56 eatery partners will be featured as stops along the tour, offering creative Elvis inspired dishes, drinks, and treats fit for The King. 👑✨

Savor the Coast Food Tours takes guests on a guided walking tour through some of the city’s favorite locally owned restaurants, serving up Gulf Coast flavors, hidden gems, local history, and plenty of good stories along the way. Founded by Clay and Aimie Barton, the experience blends food, culture, and community into one unforgettable afternoon.

Guests can enjoy curated tastings, explore downtown like a local, and maybe even discover their next favorite dish. Tours operate weekly and are also available for private parties.
