Happy Saturday!

We have two weeks available at the end of the Summer for our beautiful condo with awesome water views of the Indian River Bay.

Our third floor (no elevator) 4 bedroom 3 full bath condo is located in amenity-rich Bethany Bay In Ocean View DE. We are about 4 miles from Bethany Beach but close to a winery, shopping, and restaurants.

Our discounted direct rates for the week:
Aug 17 to Aug 24: $2,450 (Total - no additional fees)
Aug 24 to Aug 31: $2,300 (Total - no additional fees)

Fall Is the best time to rent and we have dates available.

Pet's are welcome for a $300 fee. Linens are not included.

While you are visiting our condo, take a five minute ride to Saltes Vines Vineyard. This month they have mojito slushies! They always have live music and food trucks! Check out their website for the events calendar!

Our condo can fit two families (4 bedroom, 3 bath, sleeping 10). So if you split it with another family this is an amazing deal.

Off season is the best season!

Took a walk in Bethany. We only needed a light jacket on this beautiful November day!

It’s also warm enough to enjoy the golf course or pickle ball courts if you’re not up for the beach.
