This beautiful penthouse condominium features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with two levels which sleeps 6 people comfortably. This unit is on the top floor of a 3 story building on the beach in Oceanside California. First Level Offers:
Master bedroom with two (2) queen size beds and cable TV, living room includes sofa with cable TV and DVD/CD player. The full bath is located next to the bedroom. To

wels, linens and beach towels are provided. Wireless Internet or a DSL line is available for Internet access. The fully equipped kitchen includes new appliances offering an electric stove/oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave oven. Filtered drinking water is also available. A small east-facing patio with table and chairs for 2 offers views of the mountains. Second Level Offers:
A second bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV/VCR and a full bathroom. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. A very large patio offers wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean, beach, harbor and sunsets. Tables and chairs for seating 8 people are provided. North Coast Village complex features 2 swimming pools, one of which is located across the street near building A. Peaceful hot tub, outdoor BBQ's with ocean views, exercise room, billiards room and beautiful tropical landscaping with a waterfall and Koi pond. Watch the surf and people on the beach from your patio. See the sailboats and yachts entering and leaving Oceanside Harbor. The views of the setting sun over the Pacific Ocean are spectacular.
