The complex, North Coast Village was built directly on the beach and houses 1 & 2 bedroom condos with full kitchens, beach equipment, and linens. The complex allows for all types of views and locations with direct beachfront condos, high rise penthouse suites, harbor view cottag

es and more there is an option available for all budgets and group sizes to make your California family beach vacation a reality. Oceanside is a perfect middle ground if you want to visit San Diego/Sea World (35 miles away) or Disneyland (57 miles away) other even closer attractions are Legoland and the San Diego Zoo & Safari Park. North Coast Village is a 24 hour secured complex. You will feel like you’re at a high end resort as you stroll through the lush tropical grounds with waterfalls, streams, and koi ponds. While strolling the grounds you will find a putting green, cardio and weight room, 2 pools heated year round, 2 hot tubs, sauna, party room, game room, laundry facilities, outdoor showers, and commercial BBQ grills and outdoor eating area.

Beach Update: Annual Sand Replenishment Begins Soon!

Each spring, Oceanside’s annual harbor dredging project helps restore and maintain our beautiful beaches by replenishing sand along the shore.

This year, mobilization starts April 7, 2025, with dredging expected to begin April 15 and wrap up by late May/early June.

🔹 Sand replenishment (200,000–300,000 cubic yards!)
🔹 Equipment will be visible near the harbor, but beaches remain open
🔹 Safety measures, including marked pathways and monitoring, will be in place
🔹 Project timelines may shift due to weather or equipment delays

We’ll keep you posted with updates! In the meantime, enjoy the beach and get ready for freshly restored sand. 🏖️☀️
