The First Annual Illinois Route 66 Scenic Byway Awards Gala will be a special evening exclusively for Illinois Route 66 Scenic Byway members, celebrating the businesses, communities, attractions, organizations, and individuals who help preserve, promote, and strengthen the Mother Road across Illinois. The inaugural event will take place on November 10th at Ace Sign Company Museum.

It’s time to vote for the incredible businesses, communities, attractions and people who help make Illinois Route 66 the Mother Road we know and love.

We had some special visitors this month!
A Corvette car tour came through our community with 15+ vehicles! 🚗🏁

Today is the day! Head on over to our neighbors in Dwight to check out the Big Boy Train that will be making its way through! They have a lot of fun planned, so go support! It will go through Odell but it will not stop so don’t miss your opportunity to check it out up close and personal!

Phew 😮‍💨 it has been a steaming hot few days out there! Stop by, hang out, and enjoy an ice cold soda and use the old soda machine to open your bottle! We also keep cold water on hand!
