Just a Real Id reminder from our agency! 😀

✈️ Important Travel Update! Starting May 7, 2025, you’ll need a REAL ID or another acceptable form of identification for all domestic flights, including trips to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Not sure if your ID qualifies? Look for the star at the top of your driver’s license or check with your state’s DMV. Need to apply? You’ll need a certified birth certificate, proof of Social Security, and residency documents.

As we ring in a new year filled with exciting travel possibilities, here’s an important reminder for Illinois travelers:

🚨 REAL ID requirements are officially in effect this year, starting in May. Update your ID now otherwise if you’re flying domestically and don’t have a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, you’ll need a passport or other TSA-approved ID to board your flight.

✈️ Check Your Passport Expiration Dates
Planning international adventures this year? Many destinations require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Now is the perfect time to review your documents and renew them if necessary!
