Ahhh...Scotland...you may have noticed we went silent for a wee bit. We get itchy feet every few months, and this time, our food travel took us to a land filled with mystery, beauty, absolutely lovely people, and glorious food!
We also managed to squeeze in some incredible tastings in the Netherlands while visiting family!
Oh, and we celebrated our first anniversary as a "co-retired couple"!
