I happened to notice this milestone a couple days ago on our Nashville home. 400 reviews. It feels surreal to know this is where it all started just over 5 years ago. It feels amazing to know how many THOUSANDS of guests have trusted us with their vacation memories across now FIVE properties. Thank you. Can't wait to see what the next 5 years and 400 more reviews will bring 🩵

17 years later. It feels like a lifetime, it feels like a minute. Happy 17 years to us. I could have never imagined on that day we'd end up where we are.

For 2 weeks Bentley has been asking to "dress up in our fanciest dresses and go have a fancy dinner" that is exactly what we did!

It's that time where I start thinking about updates and upgrades. This year A417 deserves some love since last year was all about A424! My thought is upgrading the second master from a queen to a king bed. Would this be a worthwhile upgrade? Thoughts on other things you'd rather see? Advice in general? Vote or comment your thoughts, so I can give A417 so fresh upgrades for the 2026 season (that is already booking FAST 😱)

We LOVE when friends come with us to Waterscape! Not only do we get to hang out with our friends, but the kids entertain each other! I also love hanging out on the balcony after kid bedtime and getting to spend some much needed (and never gotten) adult time with our friends. Have even more friends? Rent A424 too and take advantage of our multi unit discount and you can have up to 14 guests!

10 months ago we took a huge gamble and bought our second unit at Waterscape. In the months since I have doubted myself more often than not and feared I made a HUGE mistake. It was a ton of work to get updated and then even more to get rented, but as of today we are SOLD OUT for summer break!!! It's been a really hard few months for so many reasons, but today I'm taking this huge WIN for myself with the help of each and every one of our guests that trusted us with their vacation, their memories, and their time. Thank you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for staying with us. Thank you for telling your friends and family. Just thank you 🩵

Exactly 1 month ago my brother, Bull, passed unexpectedly. 2 weeks prior my parents went under contract on a house in my hometown where he and my sister still lived with their families. The plan was my parents would be able to visit "home" more often and see their kids and grandkids in southern Illinois. I would then manage it as a vacation rental when they weren't there. While that plan has somewhat shifted in the month since, it just reaffirms why I felt this was important for them to do.

Life can change in a literal moment. Never take that for granted. Work hard for tomorrow, but remember to live today because you don't always get as many tomorrows as you think.

Please give me some grace with the listing, pictures, decor, etc. It is a work in progress. I just really wanted to get it live today. Welcome to our rental family "Bull Run "
