How many people do your condos sleep? Between 6 to 10. Our 2-bed/2-bath condos (Island Princess 613 and 614) sleep six with a master and queen suite, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Our 3-bed/3-bath condos (Island Princess 615 and Azure 405) sleep eight. Our Waterscape A206 condo also sleeps eight with two king suites, twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. Our Waterscape B500 condo sleeps 10 (king master, two queen suites, queen sleeper, twin bunks). Are they truly oceanfront with a view? Our three Island Princess condos, Azure 405, and Waterscape B500 have a full, unrestricted ocean view on fourth through sixth floors. Our Waterscape A206 has one of the best ocean views available in that resort complex, but it faces on an angle so that it also has a full view of the recreational areas (lazy river, pools, splash pond, etc.). Are there pools and a hot tub? You bet! Each complex has a pool (two in Azure and Waterscape) plus a hot tub and fitness center. What days are available? We book on a Saturday-to-Saturday schedule typically. Occasionally we have shorter or longer booking blocks, generally in the slower seasons of early spring or winter. Do I have to pay extra to use the wooden beach chairs and umbrella? No way! We include beach service as a free perk for our guests (standard two chair/one umbrella service available in season). Is parking included? Absolutely. You will get a parking pass and complimentary access throughout your stay. What are the rates? They vary a great deal depending on the time of your for your stay. Early to mid-July is the peak season with the higher rates, and they trend down substantially from there on either side of that peak time. The most common weeks for Spring and Fall Breaks also are a little higher, but generally rates are lower otherwise in the spring and fall seasons. Can we save money by cooking and doing our own laundry? Certainly! We keep each kitchen well stocked with all of the tools you need to prepare your own meals if you wish. We also have a washer and dryer in each condo. What are the cleaning protocols? Our resort service provider follows strict cleaning guidelines. We also pay extra to be a part of the "clean cover" program, which means all linens (including comforters) are laundered in a commercial high-temperature machine between each stay. You will enjoy a fresh, hotel-grade linen service for your peace of mind! What about pets? Sorry, but our condos have a strict no-pet policy.
