How We Promoted the 6/13 Crescent Moonlight Concert

I’ve attached a Media Summary showing where and when we advertised the concert. We had thousands of responses across social, radio, print, and community boards in the 7 weeks leading up to the show.

If we didn’t reach you, I sincerely apologize. With any first-year event, not everyone will see it the first time. The best way to stay informed is to join our FREE events newsletter — you’ll get dates, ticket info, and local music news before it goes public.

We can’t reach everyone, but if you’re in these forums or on our email list, we’ll make sure you’re first to know next time.

Goodbye for now Crescent City. The Atlantic City Boys, Day 3 and Lyndie Burris put on outstanding performances to an group of folks who came out to have a good time. That meant a lot to us.

We just wrapped up and pulled out here. As hard as we prayed to keep the rain away, some made its way into Eva Lyon Park. The folks that stayed wer so enthusiastic and made it a night we won't soon forget.

We are tired and ready to take a little time off but not before we thank the City management team and the Mayor, the bands. It's amazing to watch how dedicated you all are and commited to the residents of your fine city.

Show time is always good for us but when it's over, we think about what got us there and all the above is what draws us back to work even harder. To those who couldn't make it, we didn't get a chance to meet you but we have a kot of work to do to win your confidence, and we'll keep trying till we do. Expect us back. Our Team Cheryl, Larry Soncrant and Terry... Work long hours and we appriciate them so much. They deserve so much credit. Special thanks to our extended family, David & Joy from Rodeheaver Boys Ranch.

If you bring a cooler, it must fit under your chair no exceptions. Free parking close to park. Children wemcomed, this is a family friendly event. Pets are also welcomed but must be well manored and cleaned up after.
