As I'm sitting on hold with Carnival cruise line I'm reminded why a travel agent is a much better option that booking trips yourself online. Carnival had told me over and over one thing, then I go to rebook and some things have changed.....I have been arguing, fighting and yes even yelling....for about 2 hours and we're not close to resolved. Nobody will fight harder for you for everything to be just as it should. Anybody can deal with things when they go right. It's when there's a problem that we earn our money, and it doesn't cost you ANY more for us to do that. Where is Your paradise???
