We did it -- FEMME 2025 Power Confab & Retreat is history! We called for Sheroes, creators, visionaries and innovative leaders to show up and they did! So long to an amazing INGEÑUITY 2024! --Hello 2025, Let’s Do This! What a year! As we close the year, here are a few sensational moments and highlights from 2024 -- starting with our FEMME! Power Retreat featuring author and former First Lady of California Maria Shriver and former U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. Antonia Novello. We teamed up again with Dr. Novello at the USHCC Convention in Kansas City. INGEÑUITY was a Convention Sponsor, and brought Dr. Novello as a featured speaker, where she received a standing ovation! We had the honor once again to produce Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP) Conference, and LULAC’s National Convention. At LULAC we secured George Lopez to be honored. At HIP we brought Tito Puente, Jr who delivered an electrifying performance! We celebrated 20 years of our Vegas Tejano Takeover music convening! More than 10,000 music fans attended over four days. Sarah and I received commemorative recognition from the Texas State Music Office and Freddie Records label. The legendary Edward James Olmos hosted our Vegas Takeover, as well as a festival we created for Potawatomi Casino in Milwaukee. At this Fest, we had the honor to present Regional Mexican icon, Ramon Ayala as part of his farewell tour!

We again had the great fortune to work with AARP in designing sweepstakes and creating content opportunities garnering thousands of Latino online engagements! We also had the opportunity to work with the multi-talented John Leguizamo for an unfiltered conversation about the Latino Community with a leading Fortune 100 leading company. INGEÑUITY once again produced L’ATTITUDE and closed this year working closely with global business executive Sol Trujillo to prepare to launch the next evolution of a New Mainstream Economy convening in 2025! L’ATTITUDE 2023 is a wrap! Our INGEÑUITY Team had the distinct honor of joining forces with NAHREP and others to produce the four-day event which was held at the Fontainebleu Miami Beach from September 27-30. L’ATTITUDE is the largest business event in the country focused on The New Mainstream Economy and helping enlightened executives and business leaders understand the U.S. Latino cohort that is driving its growth. The economic leadership of U.S. Latinos was evident through the convergence of thousands of attendees from the world of business, media, politics, technology, fashion, entertainment and sports!
