This area is about 1,500 miles from the popular resort regions of the Mexican Caribbean, including Cancún, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum – that’s roughly a 29-hour drive!

Currently, travel to Mexico’s main Caribbean resort areas is continuing as planned. We always encourage being aware of your surroundings, sticking to established tourist areas, and reaching out to us with any questions before you depart.
