We have some exciting news that we wish to share with you regarding our lakeside retreat!

Several of our guests have either outgrown our current lakehome or have expressed a desire to have more than 16 people (our maximum occupancy). We are excited to announce that we have purchased a second lakehome on Mille Lacs Lake, and it is less than a 5 minute drive from our current lakehome. We will be referring to this property as “Lakeside Retreat on Mezzanine Point” and it will be available for rent summer of 2021 (we are undergoing renovations this winter).

The new lakehome has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, is approximately 1,200 square feet, and will very comfortably sleep 8 people. It will be a perfect extension to our existing lakehome for any groups that exceed 16 people, and it literally sits right across Cove Bay. Similar to our existing lakehome, it has an awesome yard and perfect swimming beach, and will feature similar amenities to what we currently offer, with new upgrades through-out the home!

The Department of Natural Resources expects more anglers will head to Lake Mille Lacs for the fishing opener this year. For the first time since 2015, people will be allowed to keep some of the walleye they catch during the first three weeks of open water fishing.
