Before Ricky’s heart surgery, we always talked about all the places we wanted to visit “when we retired.” We assumed we had plenty of time. Then his heart attack changed everything. It was a wake-up call that tomorrow is never promised.

As soon as he was healthy enough, we started traveling as much as possible — chasing sunsets, exploring small towns, riding beautiful trails, and checking destinations off our bucket list together. And you know what we’ve learned?

The dishes can wait.
The laundry will still be there.
But time with the people you love is priceless.

Life is short. Make the memories. Take the pictures. Book the trip. ✈️❤️

Because one day, you’ll never regret the trips you took together.
