Pools looking good. Still a slow recovery, but we are hopeful that snow birds maybe allowed back on the premises by November/December.

Looks like Orange Beach is still planning to open the Beaches tomorrow. However, Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is still not ready to take in guests. Some roads are still closed and a lot of debris is still hauled away. Please stay safe and watch local announcements.

Hi friends. Here is a quick update on our condo:

Looks like we did not have standing water or just very minimal standing water in our Unit. The COA is drying out all units to prevent any microbial growth. Giving the magnitude of this storm we were really, really lucky. At the moment it is unknown to us when the property will be open again, but it will take some time to get everything repaired and ready for renters. Keep checking my posts and see you soon back in Orange Beach Alabama.

My, my, my. Sally kicked butt. Not sure the condition our condo is in right now, but I am sure some cleanup will be required. Good news for you. You will have a freshly renovated beach escape available to you soon. Cross your fingers that the damage is minimal. God bless and stay safe.
