A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
