We have recently sold our condo at Emerald Sky and bought a new one with more amenities!! Our new place is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located directly on the beach. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and twin bunk beds in the hallway, it can sleep up to 6 guests. It has a fully furnished kitchen and a balcony overlooking the condo’s private beach area. We are located less than a mile from the jetties at Perdido Pass in OBA. Tidewater has elevator access to the 7th floor unit, a grill area, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor pool, and an exercise room. The unit is also equipped with WiFi and Dish network. We can’t wait to enjoy our new place. If you are used to staying at our condo in Emerald Sky, we hope that you will consider staying in our new beachfront condo here at Tidewater #706!! The unit can be rented through Luxury Coastal Vacations at the link below. Cleaning and administrative fees will be added to each stay.

We have recently sold our condo at Romar Village and moved closer to the beach!! Our new place is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located directly on the beach. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and bunk beds in the hallway, it can easily sleep up to 6 guests. It has a fully furnished kitchen and a balcony overlooking the condo’s private beach area, just east of the Cotton Bayou beach access. Emerald Skye has elevator access to the 2nd floor unit, patios overlooking the beach, a grill area, and a heated pool. The unit is also equipped with WiFi and cable. We can’t wait to enjoy our new place. The unit can be rented through vrbo or by contacting Brandy or myself directly. The property is being managed by a management company, so cleaning and administrative fees will be added to each stay.
